Connect breath with movement in this all-levels vinyasa style class that will have you flowing, sweating and craving more. This class is for the student who wants it all in 60 minutes or less: mindfulness, breath work, physical asana (shapes and poses) and stillness.
Unwind + Chill
Unwind + Chill is a combination of just enough sun and moon salutations to release and let go of the day, followed by deep restorative holds to relax, reset and snuggle up for a good night’s sleep.
Prenatal
For the expectant mama who wants to move her body, connect with her baby and feel supported. Prenatal classes include a brief check-in, a full body movement experience and a delicious savasana.
